Great name and theme (newspapers) and a bit of an old-timey feel. Seems like ordering anything is possible, maybe even things not on the menu? I always get a banana malt though because I am hooked and they make a very good one. I withheld one star only because the place could be a little more quirky somehow to make it special.

We stopped by before seeing the fireworks. The employees were so kind and when I explained I had celiac (I can't eat gluten) they helped me figure out my best options and offered go bring out the ingredient list. They did not make me feel at all like I was inconveniencing them and were just such great people. The ice cream was amazing and I am so happy we stumbled on this place. I won't forget this wonderful experience.

Always has good icecream. You can get regular, hard icecream or soft serve. They have a variety sandwiches also. I get the "no sugar added" Butter Pecan whenever I go. Friendly atmosphere
